Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Public-private partnership] The non-public-private partnership organization: (a) made a public-private partnership to acquire money from victims by sharing their respective roles, such as "wishing", "wishing" through phone calls by misrepresenting them to an unspecified number of victims; (b) "solicitations" through soliciting the head of the Tong to be used for committing a crime; (c) "stampings" through withdrawing the amount of damage deposited in the head of the passbook; and (d) "transfers" through which direct damage from the victims were remitted to the account directed by the organization; and (d) the Defendant, on March 20, 2020, remitted money from the victim to the account directed by the organization by collecting the amount of damage from the victim or the victim; and (e) the defect in the crime with "transfers" that received a certain amount of money in return, accepted the proposal; and thereafter, (e) conspired in sequence with the above singing staff to collect the amount of damage together with the above singing staff.
