A and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months and fine for 5,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fine for negligence for 7,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant C invested KRW 30 million with each other, and operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment under the trade name of “G” located on the second floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF underground. Defendant B is the immediately preceding owner who transferred “G” business to Defendant A, etc.

1. Defendants A and C (Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging, etc. of Arranging Sexual Traffic) conspired with E, and arranged sexual intercourses or similaritys with H and I of Thailand nationality who sought 80,00 won from April 28, 2017 to June 22, 2000, with one office at the above “G” business establishment from around April 28, 2017 to around June 22, 200, three room where female employees board and a lodging room where the Defendants board and a lodging room, two room where the Defendants board and a lodging room, and then arranged sexual intercourses by having sexual intercourses or similarities with the said male customers in return for 80,00 won from the male customers.

2. Defendant B [Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts)]: (a) around April 2017, the Defendant transferred the said “G” business to Defendant A, Defendant C, etc.; (b) notified Defendant A, etc. of the advertising site of commercial sex acts by the beginning of June 2017; (c) provided advice to Defendant A, etc. to modify the advertising phrase of commercial sex acts to be posted on the Internet; or (d) provide advice to create proper artificials suitable for commercial sex acts; and (c) assisted Defendant A, etc. in operating commercial sex acts by assisting Defendant A, etc. in operating commercial sex acts.
