Defendant C entered into a pension insurance contract called “AC” with O around 1994 and received monthly insurance money for 15 years, which differs from that of the instant insurance contract, and thus excluded therefrom.

In addition, although Defendant C received insurance money under the name of “AE” in AD, it does not confirm the specific contents of the relevant insurance contract, such as the contractor, contract date, and monthly insurance premium.
