A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2015, the Defendant issued a notice of enlistment in the military service under the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlistment in the 102 Supplementary Zone located in the Yongsan-si, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, 103 Dong 2304, and on February 10, 2015, the Defendant failed to enlistment within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
