1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiffs are joint mining right holders who completed the registration of mining rights with respect to the Daejeon District C Mining Area located in the Chungcheongnam-gun B (hereinafter “instant mine”).
