Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungdong detention center on June 11, 2016.
1. The Defendant of assault, around August 8, 2016, at around 17:40 on August 8, 2016, “E” in the operation of the Victim D (56) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District C (56).
The demand was made to be rejected, and the victim was assaulted on the side of the victim's right bridge because the victim was laid on the floor of the side on which the victim was living.
2. Around November 13, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. against a driver) committed an assault against a driver of a motor vehicle in operation by putting the victim G (the 49 years of age) on a nearby road in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the 49 years of age) on the part of the victim G on his/her own. 3. Fraud;
