1. On June 21, 2017, the Defendant confirmed that the disposition rejecting reappointment made against the Plaintiff on June 21, 2017 is invalid.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a school juristic person that establishes and operates C University (hereinafter “Defendant University”).
On July 1, 2005, the Plaintiff was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at a medical college of the Defendant college, and on September 1, 2005, the term of employment was from September 1, 2005 to August 31, 2008, and was promoted as an assistant professor. September 1, 2008, the term of employment was from September 1, 2008 to August 31, 201, and was reappointed as an assistant professor. On September 1, 201, the term of employment was from September 1, 201 to August 31, 201.
B. On June 21, 2017, the president of the Defendant University notified the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff was refused to be reappointed by receiving less than 117.29 points below 120 points and less than 68.01 points below 70 points below the base point for personnel evaluation, and submitted his written opinion by July 5, 2017, in the year 2017, which was held by the Plaintiff on the same day to the Plaintiff.
(On the other hand, the Plaintiff posted the thesis of “E” in the “D” around July 2017 as a joint custodian, and seems to have fulfilled the standard points of research business).
On June 23, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an objection with respect to the result of the personnel evaluation of the first semester (the Plaintiff received 65.30 points), but the Defendant’s medical faculty personnel committee decided to dismiss the said objection at the fifth teachers’ personnel committee even in July 10, 2017, held on July 10, 2017. The Defendant notified the Plaintiff on July 12, 2017 that the objection to the result of the personnel evaluation was dismissed.
The Defendant Council, which was held on July 24, 2017, confirmed the refusal to re-appoint the Plaintiff at the 309 meeting of the board of directors, and notified the Plaintiff on August 14, 2017 that he/she would be dismissed due to the expiration of the term of appointment as of August 31, 2017.
In the lower court, the rejection of reappointment made on June 21, 2017, which became final and conclusive as above.
