At around 22:40 on September 16, 2015, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.113% at a distance of about 700 meters from a distance of approximately 700 meters to a remote city 4 complex in the heading room in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
