Defendant
A On August 17, 2012, the Seoul Eastern District Court received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a charge of the acquisition of stolen goods, which became final and conclusive on October 3, 2012.
1. Defendant A
A. From early April 2013 to May 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) contacted with a taxi engineer who seeks to sell a smartphone in a non-name-based manner by clarifying the amount of the smartphone prepared in advance; (b) purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer who acquired the lost victims; (c) purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer who purchased the smartphone purchased from the taxi engineer in his/her name-based name-free; and (d) purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer who purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer in his/her name-free to the first day of April 2013, 2013 to May 8, 2013; and (d) purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer in his/her name-free; (e) purchased the smartphone from the taxi engineer in his/her name-free; (e) purchased the juger S3; (e) junoopon 5; galnonoop 1; (e) galno 2; and (e) purchased the 17200,00 million won.
B. From May 8, 2013 to May 12, 2013, from around May 8, 2013 to around May 11, 2013, the Defendant acquired 12 smartphones, including the victim H, I, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, Q, Q, S, M, T, U, and V, from those taxi drivers who found smartphones lost in name, the market price of the said victims owned by the said victims, juth ju ju ju ju ju 3, Aphone 5, galian 1, galian ju 2, galian 30,00 won per 1 to 300,00 won, even though he/she was aware that it was stolen.
C. From May 13, 2013 to May 14, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolens 1) around 03:00 on May 13, 2013 to May 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Cheongju-si Non-Dong site; (b) at the ungallon-1 smartphone ( model name SHV-E160L, serial number 45786) at the market value of the victim’s lost property; and (c) at the ungallon-3 smartphone ( model name SHV-210S, serial number 041479 A.99.
