Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for four months, respectively.
However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car G 300C car.
On February 1, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 00:35, while driving the vehicle, and driving the two-lane road in front of the International Oil Station H in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, along the two-lanes, toward the direction side of the Gu Eup.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to make a U.S. internship at the permitted point of U.S. in order to ensure the safety of the course by checking the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right of the future.

2. The drivers of two or more motor vehicles, etc. on the road shall be prohibited from driving their motor vehicles, etc. in a row or side by side without justifiable grounds, in a manner that inflicts any danger to others or causes any danger to traffic;
Nevertheless, at around 00:35, Feb. 1, 2015, the Defendant attended the 1st two-lane road in front of the International Oil Station in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, at a conference of the N Car club, and without good cause, the Defendant drives O car at a speed of 182 km per hour, and the J is under time following the Defendant.
