Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On May 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court, on July 27, 2012; one year from imprisonment with prison labor for a night structure intrusion larceny in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court; and on October 2, 2015, from the west Branch of the Daegu District Court, one year from imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc.; and completed the execution of the final sentence in the Port on August 4, 2016.

1. Crimes committed on February 23, 2018;
A. On February 23, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steal the victim C’s money in the E-mail vehicle parked by the victim C in the second basement parking lot located in Daegu-gun D, Daegu-gun, the District Court around 02:38, and attempted to steal the victim C’s cash in that place. However, the Defendant failed to open a door, and failed to commit the crime.
B. On February 23, 2018, around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the driver’s seat of the G Mart car parked by the Victim F in the G Mart car parking lot in Sungcheon-gun, Sungcheon-gun, Daegu, 28-16, in an irregular manner; and (b) cut off one copy of USD 2, U.S. dollars (2,132 Won); (c) one 1,00 U.S. dollars for India (164 Won); and (d) three 1,00 Mon Ammon (132 Won); and (e) one 1,000 Kammon (370 Won).

On February 23, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steal cash, etc. from the victim H into the gallon road, which was parked by the victim H in Daegu-gu I on February 23, 2018, but did not commit an attempted crime because it did not open door.
2. Crimes committed on March 13, 2018;
A. On March 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 04:42, the Defendant: (b) opened a door door of the driver’s seat of the car parked by the victim K in a 104-dong underground parking lot located in the 104-dong apartment 104-ro, the 104-ro, the Daegu-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (U.S. S.) and stolen the car by citing approximately KRW 4,000 in the street that was kept in the said place.
