Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a detailed unknown mental disorder:

1. Larceny;
A. On February 19, 2020, around 15:30 on the Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro 7-ro 26-ro 7,000, the Defendant 77,000 won in cash, and 50,000 won in a new world merchandise coupon 50,000, the Defendant left a cresh in the market, where the victim’s supervision was neglected.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
B. On April 29, 2020, around 22:54, the Defendant opened a steering house with the victim I parked in the G apartment H 1-2 D, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, G apartment H 1-2 D, where it was located, and took up 10,000 Onnuri gift certificates with the face value of KRW 10,00,00, the victim-owned in the G G apartment H where the victim I parked.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. Attempted larceny;
A. B. On April 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened and stolen a back-to-face door, where the victim N was parked, at the front parking lot G apartment G-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-dong 8-9 D; (b) the Defendant opened and stolen the back-to-face, where the victim N was parked.
