Although the Defendant did not have the ability or intent to pay the price to a worker on a daily basis having no fixed occupation, the Defendant, from September 27, 2014 to April 28, 2014, acquired the amount equivalent to 41,000 won in total, including 7,000 won in the market price, 7,000 won in the market price, 7,000 won in the market price, and 7,000c c 20c c c c 2,000 won in a manner of not paying the price, from September 27, 2014 to 04:48.
