A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall not engage in any act of offering property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the outcome by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and shall not open a space for gambling for profit;

In collusion with D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, and N, the Defendant used the Internet broadcast “Africa TV” from January 31, 2013 to January 10, 2014 for the purpose of the recruitment of members of the said gambling site in Suwon-si Office Office, S Building, etc., on a real-time basis, and used the domain name address, recommended ID and code number necessary for the website entry.
