A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50 on October 6, 2014, at night, stolen buildings; (b) around 23:50, the Victim D operated by the Victim D in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju; (c) the Defendant: (d) opened a locked door; (d) opened a locked door; (d) intruded the victim; and (e) took a b20,000 won in cash, which is the ownership of the victim located on his/her customer; and (e) stolen cash, etc. from that time to December 12, 2014, five times in total, including, but not limited to, the list of crimes in attached Table 1.
2. On October 1, 2014, around 06:00, the Defendant stolen cash worth KRW 632,000, totaling four times, as shown in Appendix 2, from that time until December 5, 2014, by deeming the victim’s “H business place” operated by the victim G in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, to have a locked place, and citing KRW 100,000, a cash owned by the victim, which was located on the side account of his/her main abandonment, and committing a theft.
3. On October 28, 2014, around 12:00, the Defendant stolen cash worth of KRW 497,000,000, in total, from the time on eight occasions, from the time on which the victim J in Gwangju Northern-gu, reported that the Defendant was temporarily locked and intruded into the said house through an open entrance, and then cut cash of KRW 37,00 in a box of plastic material located in the main room.
