[Criminal Power] On September 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on November 18, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center.

1. At around 11:30 on June 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sought a set of c apartment 105 at the victim D’s house in Yangnam-si, Yangnam-do; (b) obtained a password of the victim’s house entrance entrance and exit from the real estate broker E at the time of entering the victim’s house together with the real estate broker E; and (c) obtained a password of the entrance entrance and exit of the victim’s house entered into the said house at the time of entering the victim’s house; and (d) obtained two separate entrance and exit from the market price owned by the victim in the said house at the time of internal cremation.
From June 3, 2013 to October 30, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property amounting to KRW 28,420,000 in total, on ten occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “the model of Kameras DSLR 2550 is sold to the Internet NAV Kameras,” and said that the Defendant sold the above Kameras to the victim F who contacted with the Defendant.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to sell money even if he had already received money from the victim who had already sold the Kameras to another person.
