Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operated an entertainment drinking house in Gangwonwon from March 2013 to March 2014. Defendant B is a person who works as the head of the office in the said entertainment drinking house from August 2012 to November 2013, and from January 2014 to March 2014.
1. On September 24, 2013, Defendant A: (a) had female employees F enter the said main place as a customer; (b) had her female employees F take one time to sexual intercourse in the Hmotour in the same Eup/Myeon located in the said main place; and (c) the said F 10,000 won out of 170,000 won received in return for sexual traffic and arranged sexual traffic.
From that time to December 21, 2013, the Defendant had female employees find female employees as customers in the above main place seven times as shown in attached Table 1, and arranged commercial sex acts for the business of receiving some of the money from female employees.
2. On January 6, 2014, the Defendants’ co-offendered Defendants: (a) had female employees I enter the said main points as customers; (b) had K apartment 10,000 won, 170 won out of the 170,000 won received in return, from I, to arrange sexual traffic.
The suspects conspired with each other, from January 26, 2014 to January 26, 2014, let female employees I, L, and F find them as customers in the above main points, and arrange commercial sex acts for the business of receiving some amount of money from female employees.
3. On November 12, 2014, Defendant B: (a) had female employees M engage in sexual intercourse once at the OMoel 207 room located in the same Eup as N, which was found to be customers at the above main place; and (b) received KRW 150,000 in return, and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
