A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated a sexual traffic business establishment in the name of “D”.

1. From July 2, 2015 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (i.e., brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) provided 7,00 won from male customers who were unable to know the name he/she had 80,00 won from the studio and 7,00 won from the studio at the 5th floor and 6th floor of the underground floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 30 square meters, and provided 80,000 won to female customers, including F and G commercial sex acts, who are similar to male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. No person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a business establishment banned from access by or employment of juveniles under the Juvenile Protection Act in an area within 200 meters from the boundary of an educational environment protection zone;

Nevertheless, from July 2, 2015 to March 8, 2017, the Defendant operated commercial sex acts establishments as described in paragraph (1) at around 132.5 meters from the I elementary school warning area located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H at approximately 132.5 meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant operated a business prohibited from access to and employment of juveniles under the Act on the Protection of Juveniles in Areas within 200 meters from the boundary of educational environment protection zones.
