Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On August 22, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, and on August 22, 2014, at around 49cc, the Defendant driven a 49cc obbane without a license numbering approximately 2 km from the street front of the Habri-ri, Eup-dong, Eup-Myeon, to the road front of the Eup’s Maternian road.

B. A person violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is unable to operate an automobile which was not covered by a mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated the automobile, which was not covered by a mandatory insurance from June 2, 2014 to August 20:05.
