1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on March 26, 2018 (in salary reduction two months) shall be revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On March 1, 2006, the Plaintiff was appointed as a Army officer, and was in office as a chief of the operations division in the Class III Section B from December 15, 2016 to December 15, 2016.

), 4) 2017년 7~9월경 아침에 B대대 지휘통제실에서 당직사령 근무를 서는 중위 C에게 차량통제를 하지 않는다는 이유로 “이 새끼, 뭐하는 새끼냐.”라고 말하여 언어폭력을 가하고(이하 ‘제1-4 징계사유’라 한다), 5) 2017년 11월 08:10경 B대대 지휘통제실에서 옆자리에 있는 중위 D에게 “가까이 와봐라.”라고 이야기 한 후, “차도 타고 다니고, 두발도 긴데, 일을 좆도 못하면서 꼴깝하지 마라.”라고 말하여 언어폭력을 가하고(이하 ‘제1-5 징계사유’라 한다
