1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a school foundation that establishes and operates B University (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant University") under its control. The plaintiff is a person who was newly appointed as a natural major course of study in the defendant college on March 1, 1995 and served as a associate professor on April 1, 2001 and was promoted to the associate professor on April 1, 2007 and was reappointed as a professor on April 1, 2007 and the period of appointment expired on March 31, 201.

B.
