Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who actually operates the amusement center under the trade name of "E" in the name of the head of the Gu attached to the title of "E" and "E" in subparagraph 201 of the attached building in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

1. A person who operates amusement centers in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall not install locking devices in guest rooms;

Nevertheless, from April 2014 to October 23, 2014, Defendant A operated five guest rooms within the “E” located in Da-dong D Building B01, Ansan-si, Ansan-si from around April 2014, and violated the standards for facility of entertainment drinking places by installing locking devices at the entrance doors of each subparagraph so as to lock the door in each subparagraph.

2. No person who carries on business in violation of the Regulation of Customs Business Act, shall make any person who carries on business in good morals, engage in any obscene act, or arrange or provide such act in a place where the person carries on business;

Nevertheless, on October 23, 2014, the Defendant provided one room guidance to male customer F (82 years, South) and G (85 years, South) (85 years, South) with the “H” and provided one room to the other I (73 years, women, 76 years, and women) and J (Korean nationality: Thailand, Thailand, 76 years, and women) with a view to 30,000 won per hour by guiding the first room in which customers are located, and by guiding the first room in which they want to escape from the status of I and J, and by having them contact with the customers with the “H”.
