A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act;

A. The Defendant for the sale of alcoholic beverages is a person who operates a “C singing practice room” in the former North Chang-gun B.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, around December 15, 2016, around 20:20, the Defendant received and sold 3,000 won to D and E, which are the eight customers of the above “Csing shop”, in a can to be engaged in beer 4 cans, and the Defendant received and sold 3,000 won to male customers, who are three customers.

(b) No entertainment practice room business operator shall arrange any entertainment loan;

Nevertheless, at around 20:20 on December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested a female entertainment loan; (b) provided that the Defendant would receive KRW 30,000 per single female entertainment loan; and (c) provided contact to F and G with female entertainment loan holders and G so that they come into singing; and (d) arranged a entertainment loan by having them enter the said name in singing together with the said male.

2. Any person who intends to operate an amusement center shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not obtain permission from the number of the high-class military units, and sold alcoholic beverages and eggs to the males who are customers' name, at the place specified in Paragraph 1-B, and allowed them to provide entertainment services by attending with the above males and singing, such as Paragraph 1-B.
