Punishment of the crime

On December 9, 2013, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven a B B B B B B B taxi and proceeded ahead of the Song River Line, which is in the flow-dong of Daejeon Sung-gu, Seocheon-gu, in the speed of about 20 to 30km each hour from Gapcheon to the new intersection.
