A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B.

On April 29, 2014, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.175% of blood alcohol level, and led to the roads front of the Y-dong Samsung Electronic Factory at the time of Gu, Simsi to the direction of Samsung Electronic Factory, Samsung Electronic Factory.

Nevertheless, as above, the Defendant neglected to drive under the influence of alcohol while driving on the same lane, and got a driver behind the above rocketing taxi vehicle of the victim C, which was stopped in order to let the passengers board on the same lane as it was due to the negligence, and caused the above rocketing taxi vehicle to be pushed down, and caused the above rocketing taxi vehicle to be pushed down, and caused the above rocketing taxi vehicle to be driven by the driver in front of the victim E (56 years old) with the front part of the above rocketing taxi vehicle, and led the victim G (50 years old) to drive the H franchise vehicle of the victim G (50 years old) due to the shock.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victims by occupational negligence, respectively, for about two weeks in need of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.175% at the same time and place as the above Paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
