1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On June 28, 2017, the court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 1,754,700 as security for the costs of lawsuit within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order under Articles 117, 117, 117, 120 of the Civil Procedure Act.

On July 7, 2017, the Plaintiff filed a complaint with the service of the original copy of the above decision, but the court of the appellate court rejected the complaint, which became final and conclusive on December 27, 2017.

However, since the plaintiff did not provide any security for the decision on the provision of litigation costs until now, the lawsuit of this case is dismissed by the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act
