1. Each of the instant lawsuits shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

On May 24, 2016, the court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 10,00,000 for the Defendant as a security for litigation costs within 15 days from the date the decision was notified, on the ground that each of the claims of this case constitutes a case where it is evident that the claim of this case is groundless in light of the content of the complaint of this case, the briefs, and other records of trial, etc.

In this regard, the plaintiff was served with the order to provide the above costs of lawsuit and did not provide the security until now within 15 days from the notification date, and it clearly states that there was no intention to provide the security in the future.

Therefore, each lawsuit of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
