Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in front of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) opened a driver’s seat in front of the victim C’s D car parked in that place; and (c) did not remove the damaged goods to the victim while displaying the damaged goods; and (d) did not commit an attempted crime.
2. Larceny;
A. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a driver’s seat in the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-BD parking lot, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) opened the victim F, who was parked in that place; and (c) stolen the victim’s cash holding KRW 700,000,000,000, located in the grbbbbbbbb stuff (one another name).
B. At around 04:00 on August 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a driver’s seat in front of the I real estate located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, which was parked in that place; and (b) stolen 50,000 won in cash in the driver’s seat container softened.

On August 22, 2018, around 05:22, the Defendant opened a front door that was parked in the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L apartment parking lot, and opened the victim M's Nmpart car that was not corrected, and stolen 200,000 won in cash in the driving seat contact.
3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);
A. On June 11, 2018, at around 23:52, the Defendant taken a dynamic image of a female victim, who is not his/her name, using the Defendant’s cell phone from the toilet window near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Seocho-gu (Seoul Seocho-gu).
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will.
B. On June 17, 2018, at around 04:55, the Defendant viewed the image of a female victim, who is not the name of the Defendant, using the Defendant’s cell phone from the toilet window near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Seocho-gu (Seoul Seocho-gu).
