1. A representative and a director of the Plaintiff, who was made at the 11th regular Assembly of Representatives from January 17, 2015 by the Defendant on January 17, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 26, 2013, the Defendant’s chairman of the election management committee publicly announced the following as to the qualification, grounds for disqualification, etc. of a representative who is to run as a representative in relation to the Defendant’s fourth representative election (hereinafter “instant election”).
The plaintiff was a representative of Gwangju C, and the number of candidates is smaller than the representative (5) who the plaintiff was born in Gwangju C, and the number of candidates was eventually elected as the representative of Gwangju C by free vote.

B. On January 6, 2014, the chairperson of the Defendant’s election management, including the chairperson, directors, and auditors, conducted the Defendant’s five-party executives election at the 10th regular general meeting of delegates in 2014, which is held on January 18, 2014. The following was publicly announced as to the Defendant’s 10th regular general meeting of delegates in 2014 (hereinafter “instant executive election”), which was held on January 18, 2014, and the Plaintiff was elected as five-party executives at the 10th regular general meeting of delegates in 2014 (hereinafter “instant general meeting of delegates”).
