A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, the Defendant came to contact with the damaged company that machinery was stopped due to the malfunction of the voltage revir, and replaced the revirative revir without defects until May 5, 2013.
