1. As to KRW 210,00,000 among them and KRW 150,00,000 among them, the Defendant shall from August 2, 2018 to September 14, 2018.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraph 1, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 270,000,000 to the Defendant on September 7, 2018, the due date for repayment of KRW 75,000,000, KRW 75,000 on September 14, 2018, KRW 30,000 on September 14, 2018, KRW 30,000 on October 1, 2018, KRW 1.5% on the interest rate, and KRW 24% on a yearly basis.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay 210,000,000 won of loan and 150,000,000 won among them (=75,000,000 won) as the loan date after August 2, 2018 to September 14, 2018, the agreed interest rate of 18% (1.5% per annum from August 2, 2018 to September 14, 2018; 24% per annum from the agreed interest rate of 60,000,000 won from the next day to the day of full payment (i.e., 30,000,000 won from October 1, 2018; 1.30,000,000 won from the loan interest rate of 30,000,000 won to the day of full payment; 201,000,018.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
