Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. On September 29, 2013, Defendant BO and BY co-principaled the Defendants, around 01:00, at the CA hotel in the Hong Kong review trend, Defendant BO opened approximately 0.5gg of marijuana purchased by Defendant BO to the smoking engine, as set out in the above 1.1., and inhales them by entering the marijuana with a smoke attached with a fire.

Accordingly, the above Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

3. On October 19, 2013, Defendant A, BO, and BY co-principal Defendants dam in the Defendant BY’s car parked in front of the entrance of the subway station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with the smoke of tobacco, deducted the smoke of tobacco, put it into a fluence with the AJ, and dam together with the smoke that occurs with the fluence.

As a result, the Defendants smoked marijuana in collusion with AJ.

4.
