1. The defendant is based on the acquisition by transfer on May 8, 2013 of the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

1. Part concerning the procedure for ownership transfer registration and the acquisition request;

A. In full view of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 1, Eul evidence Nos. 1, response to this court's order to submit financial transaction information to C corporation, and fact-finding inquiry reply to the city of this court's acceptance, the plaintiff borrowed money from a person with no personal knowledge, and entered it in the register of automobile owned by the plaintiff as security for the borrowed money in the Plaintiff's own register of automobile owned by the plaintiff (hereinafter "the automobile of this case") on June 8, 2010 with the agreement that "the person with no personal knowledge can dispose of the automobile of this case and appropriate it for the repayment of the borrowed money if the borrowed money is not repaid (hereinafter "the agreement of this case"), and the defendant cannot verify whether the person with no personal knowledge or the person with no personal knowledge who made the agreement with the plaintiff on May 8, 2013 and issued documents necessary for the registration of the transfer of the automobile of this case.
