The punishment of the accused shall be determined by four months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person driving a B-W car.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger any other person, or drive any motor vehicle in distress that pose any danger to traffic, by committing any act, such as violation of speed, securing of a safe distance, violation of prohibition of changing course or violation of methods of passing ahead, or by continuing or repeating any one act.

Nevertheless, on April 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 12:10 on April 2, 2017, and drive the vehicle at a speed exceeding 100 km/h from the IC to the breadth of the two rocks, the Defendant changed the course of interfering with the safety of other vehicles, and repeatedly driven the vehicle at a speed exceeding 100 km/h from the IC to the breadth of the two rocks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven the said B vehicle at a section of about 40 km from the 40km away from the apartment parking lot in the Southern-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver's license for the vehicle from the apartment parking lot in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
