A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 6, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a Do rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 23:50 on September 6, 2017 at a distance of about 10 km from 332 king to 332 king in the south-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. that violates road traffic Acts shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing any act, such as change of course, violation of signal or violation of central line, or by continuing or repeating any one act;

On September 6, 2017, at around 23:50, the Defendant was driving a Dworket car from the opening distance of the operation of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the front of the Incheon Dae Park Park, and the Defendant was driving a Dworket car in the same direction with the E-tax driver F in the same direction. The Defendant was driving a 112-free vehicle to conceal the fact that the F, who was suspected of driving a drinking, was driving a 112-free vehicle.

As above, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car and escaped, and continued to change course several times in the section from the IC to the Middle East-dong IC to approximately 3 km, and continued to engage in a change of course, traffic signal violation, and traffic hazard by continuously engaging in several times in the same city traffic information center before the 92-day city traffic information center, from the west-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-do to the 3km-dong IC.
