[Basic Fact-finding] From May 2019, Defendant A had been serving as the head of Ansan-si apartment from May 201 to the present date; Defendant B had been serving as the representative of occupants of the above apartment from July of the same year to the present date; and Defendant D had been serving as the head of the above apartment management office from the same month to the present date.

While the Defendants had had a good appraisal against the victim with respect to the election of the representative of the above apartment house in Pyeongtaek, they had had the above apartment residents file a claim for the payment of taxi expenses, and had the above apartment residents spread false facts to the purport that the victim used the above apartment fund unfairly, thereby impairing the honor.

B, around August 15, 2019, at the Ansan-si Senior Complex, there is a transportation cost payment provision in the C Apartment Management Regulations under subparagraph (a) that "the special interest of the Director of the Management Office is widened by using the computer."
