The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on “public performance” or “public performance” in the crime of violation of the Public Official Election Act or the crime of defamation, or by misapprehending the legal principles on “public performance”, or by misapprehending the legal principles on “public performance”

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
