Punishment of the crime

Defendant retired from B (State) where the detailed address is unknown on May 30, 2018, and thereafter works as a bus engineer from June 27, 2018 to June 27, 2018.

No person shall receive unemployment benefits, etc. by fraud or other improper means.

Nevertheless, around July 4, 2018, the Defendant was paid the unemployment benefits of KRW 9,758,840 in total seven times from that time by hiding the fact that he/she was working in the Jeju Employment Center as above and applying for unemployment benefits and receiving unemployment benefits of KRW 433,720 at that time. From that time to December 24, 2018, the Defendant received unemployment benefits of KRW 9,758,840 in total by the aforementioned means, as described in the list of crimes.
