The accused shall disclose the summary of the judgment of innocence.

The Defendant attempted to subscribe to the automobile insurance (hereinafter “automobile in this case”) for C Aropodi A8 passenger car purchased from B, but he was willing to subscribe to the automobile insurance in the name of the owner of the automobile in D because it is difficult for the Defendant to subscribe to the automobile insurance due to the fact that the name of the passenger was D.

A. A. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant, around October 15, 2015, forged a copy of an automobile insurance subscription in the name of D, a private document, for the purpose of using the signature “D” on the part of D’s contractor’s name, for the purpose of using the Defendant’s signature on the part of D’s owner of the automobile insurance for one year automobile insurance, even though the Defendant purchased a car under D’s name on a large-scale basis, as if he purchased the car with D’s normally with D’s consent.

B. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant committed the instant investigation document (i.e., the commission of the crime) at the time and place specified in Section A. (i) and at the time and place specified in Section A, to subscribe to the automobile insurance for the automobile insurance.
