Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant, in the name of B, was to have a C ASEAN car, he had the intention to subscribe to and operate the automobile insurance under the above B’s name.

On July 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the real estate development company office for the Defendant’s operation at Jeju-si D, 803, the Defendant requested the employees E to buy the said vehicle’s comprehensive motor vehicle insurance under the name of B; and (b) thereafter, the Defendant requested the insurance solicitor F to buy the vehicle insurance; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant stated the said F as “B (G)” in the column of the name insurer and contractor’s name in the automobile insurance subscription form using computers for the purpose of exercising at the office of the Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Jeju-do, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do-ro, the Do

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the automobile insurance subscription form in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant had F, at the same time and place as above, exercised F, as if he were duly formed, a motor vehicle insurance subscription form in the name of B in the above forged name.
