Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On January 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court’s District Court, and the said suspended sentence becomes null and void, and completed the execution of the final sentence on November 21, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 18, 2018, around 15:30 on August 18, 2018, 2018, the Defendant opened a door-to-door 17 parking lot for the victim C, which was parked in a zone of 17 parking lots for the first floor in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a total of KRW 640,000, KRW 600, KRW 10,000, KRW 4, etc. in cash.

On September 24, 2018, at around 08:00 on September 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-door, which was parked in the ground parking lot located between E apartment Fdong and Gdong, and opened a door-to-door, which was not corrected by the INS vehicle owned by the victim H; and (b) cut off the total amount of KRW 50,000 in cash and KRW 10,000 in a way-to-face container between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting; and (c) cut off the amount of KRW 300,000 in total.

3. On October 9, 2018, the Defendant: around 01:41, 201 on October 9, 2018, opened a door-to-35 vehicle that was parked in the (JJ apartment K-dong Underground Parking Lot of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and cut off KRW 7,200,000, the sum of KRW 50,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 100, KRW 100, and USD 13,000, the sum of KRW 10,000, KRW 7,20,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen approximately KRW 8,140,000 in total, including cash owned by the victims, on three occasions.
