A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On June 20, 2014, at around 05:09, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the alleyway prior to multi-household houses located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and opened a door that was not corrected by the victim C’s Do SM3 car that was parked therein, and used approximately KRW 870,000 as cash owned by the victim, which was kept in the said vehicle.

B. On July 7, 2014, around 05:46, the Defendant opened a gate that was not corrected for the first time in a multi-household house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s residence, and entered the said house, and intrudes into the said house, and went into the said house, and stolen the said house with a 5,000 won worth of the market price owned by the victim’s name, which was promptly owned by the third floor corridor of the said house.

C. On August 6, 2014, around 06:48, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the alleyway for multi-household houses located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened a door that was not corrected by the victim C’s DA3 car that was parked therein, and used approximately KRW 15,000 as cash owned by the victim, which was kept in the said vehicle.

On September 28, 2014, at around 21:05, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in a multi-household house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened a Do SM3 car that was parked therein, and used a 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was kept in the said vehicle.

E. On October 23, 2014, around 22:23, 2014, the Defendant opened a string door to a multi-household house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was parked therein, and opened a d SM3 car owned by the victim C and stolen a 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim and kept in the said car.

2. On June 29, 2014, the Defendant, at night, opens a gate that was not corrected for multi-household housing located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.
