A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the Defendant provided others with photographs of the victim’s body parts, etc., which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will, and, at the same time, sent pictures that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through mobile phones to three persons, such as the victim E, etc., with intent to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire.
