Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-L car.
On March 1, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 05:10, while driving it in Kimcheon-si, followed by three-lanes between the two-lanes to the traffic distance from the e-mail.
It is a road with a speed of 60 km per hour, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by complying with the restricted speed.
