1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Attached 1 drawings installed on B 2,764 square meters above the 2,764 square meters above the Hanam-si, and (1), (2), (3), (4).

On May 8, 2015, the Plaintiff is the implementer of housing zone C and D E housing zone project, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of expropriation with respect to the land specified in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) located in the said project district on May 8, 2015. The Central Land Tribunal rendered a ruling of expropriation on February 26, 2015 with respect to each obstacle listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list owned by the Defendant; the Plaintiff paid compensation to the Defendant for the instant land and each obstacle; and the Defendant’s eviction.

구에 응하지 아니한 채 이 사건 변론종결일까지 이 사건 토지 지상에 설치된 별지 1 도면 표시 ①, ②, ③, ④, ①의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 21.12㎡, ⑤, ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, ⑤의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈏ 부분 22.11㎡, ⑨, ⑩, ⑪, ⑫, ⑨의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈐ 부분 21.12㎡, 별지 2 목록 기재 각 지장물을 점유하고 있는 사실은 당사자 사이에 다툼이 없거나, 갑 제1호증 내지 갑 제7호증(가지번호 있는 것은 가지번호를 포함한다)의 각 기재에 변론 전체의 취지를 종합하면 인정할 수 있고, 위 인정사실에 의하면, 피고는 원고에게 이 사건 토지 지상에 설치된 별지 1 도면 표시 ①, ②, ③, ④, ①의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 21.12㎡, ⑤, ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, ⑤의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈏ 부분 22.11㎡, ⑨, ⑩, ⑪, ⑫, ⑨의 각 점을 순차 연결한 선내 ㈐ 부분 21.12㎡에서 퇴거하고, 별지 2 목록 기재 각 지장물을 인도할 의무가 있다.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
