4. 도로교통법위반(음주운전), 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 2020. 6. 30. 14:00경 경북 예천군 L에 있는 피고인의 집 앞 도로에서부터 예천군 F 아파트 지하주차장에 이르기까지 약 10km 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 혈중알콜농도 0.213%의 술에 취한 상태로 E 포터∥화물차를 운전하였다.
