A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2017. 7. 18. 19:24 경 서울 서초구 신반포로 188에 있는 지하철 9호 선 고속 터미널 역 방면에서 노량진 역 방면으로 운행하는 전동차 안에서 승객들이 많은 틈을 이용하여, 피해자 D( 여, 19세) 의 뒤에 바짝 붙어 서서 위 피해자의 엉덩이에 피고인의 성기를 밀착시킨 후 비벼댔고, 계속하여 피해자 E( 여, 33세) 의 뒤에 바짝 붙어 서서 위 피해자의 엉덩이에 피고인의 성기를 밀착시킨 후 비벼댔다.
