1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant C shall be dismissed.

1. Part against Defendant C (Dismissal part)

A. After filing a lawsuit against Defendant C, the Plaintiff changed the content of the claim as follows until the closing of pleadings.

(1) The Plaintiff’s claim for the change of the purport and cause of the Plaintiff’s claim for the change of the interest rate of KRW 1,80,000 per annum from June 3, 2015 to the Plaintiff jointly and severally with Defendant B from June 11, 2015 to the date of complete payment of the instant judgment is calculated at the rate of KRW 5% per annum from June 11, 2015 to 20% per annum from June 18, 2015. - “Defendant C and B do not use the Plaintiff’s real estate in possession to the 15th day from May 11, 2015.” - The Plaintiff’s claim for the change of the interest rate of KRW 10 to 25% per annum from May 11, 2015 to 15 to 20% per annum 15th day from June 25, 2015 to the date of full payment of the auction price.”
