Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on September 16, 2013, sentenced to a maximum of two years of imprisonment with labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 30, 2015, and released on January 30, 2015 at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on April 5, 2015, and the term of imprisonment was terminated on April 5, 2015. On May 19, 2015, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years of imprisonment with labor for special larceny in the Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch for four months of May 19, 2015.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On July 13, 2015, Defendants of special larceny combined with each other at the “G’s mobile phone sales store operated by the victim F in Overcheon-si E building 106 on July 13, 2015, Defendant C, with the network prepared in advance, carried the above sales store back back in the order. B. On July 20, 2015, the Defendants were combined with each other, and during the period around 4:40 on July 20, 2015, into the same manner as the preceding paragraph was intruded at the SK’s mobile phone store operated by the victim J, which was located in 101, and the market price of which is unknown, 30 mobile phone empty boxes were put in a large volume plastic plastic bag and loaded 30 mobile phone empty boxes into the front waiting car operated by Defendant C.
