Reasons
The acquittal portion
1. Of the facts charged in the instant case, the Defendant conspired with C on January 8, 2012, around 03:50, at the Jeju Dong Police Station E zone located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, on the ground that the police officer conducted a biased investigation, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to F on the ground that the police officer conducted a biased investigation; and (b) C, in the next place, attempted to have a garbage cover “F,” “F,” which means “F,” and “F,” which means “F, is well flicked,” and was going to go back to F, and was going to go into his seat, and her seated to F, and the Defendant was sealed to arrest F and slope G as a flagrant offender; and (c) the Defendant obstructed F and F and F’s lawful arrest and interfered with the performance of duties by assaulting a flagrant offender with F and F.
2. Determination

B. (1) Unlike the record of the facts charged that the Defendant abused G first, G statements in the police and this court that all of the Defendant did not have any such relation in relation to the Defendant’s assault, and the F statements to the effect that the Defendant was not tightly in this court, and there is no other evidence supporting the Defendant’s smuggling.
(2) Next, the initial police officer stated, “F interfered with the police officers who intend to arrest Defendant C as a flagrant offender, and during the process of arresting the Defendant as a flagrant offender, the Defendant was flabed by flabing the right hand hand of the Defendant with the hand hacks.” However, in this court, “the Defendant was flabed by flabing the witness to prevent the Defendant from arresting C, thereby directly putting the witness.”
